On the day of the activity, Ding Jian, general manager of the company, personally participated in the inspection and, together with the safety officer, logistics supervisor and on-site supervisor, started from the details to investigate the potential safety hazards. The management went deep into the production line and mainly checked the safety of equipment operation, staff operation specifications and fire safety. Through careful inspection and visit, some potential safety hazards in production and product storage were found, which were carefully recorded and photographed by the safety officer.
During the inspection, the general manager put forward several opinions, including sporadic cigarette butts in the factory, illegal entry of battery cars into the finished product warehouse, and some semi-finished products too close to fire hydrants. After the management records the comments, it will report to the entire plant staff in the near future and urge them to correct them.
Safety work needs to rely on prevention, comprehensive management, and it is difficult to fully cover it by government propaganda and administrative coercive means. We need the joint participation of society, enterprises and employees to realize the joint management of safe production.
